How do I know that my autograph is genuine?
We are a proud member of the UACC (Universal Autograph Collectors Club - our member number is 9250) which is an organisation set up to ensure a fair code of ethics on dealing or collecting autographs.
Therefore all our autographs have either been collected in person or obtained from UACC registered dealers to ensure your product is authentic.
For various reasons we are unable to collect all of our autograph's in person and we therefore do have to rely on other reputable dealers and our experience to ensure that these autographs are genuine.
For this reason and wherever possible, a photograph of the artist signing the item will accompany the certificate of authenticity all included within your purchase price.
As you can appreciate these are extremely rare and very valuable, they may be supplied as a photo or in CD Rom form.

What about delivery charges?
We do not charge you for packing, insurance, delivery or shipping charges, we feel the price you see should be the price you pay.
All of our autographed photos are sent out to you complete with a complimentary 10" x 12" white mount, backing board and high quality packaging to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

When will I receive my purchase?
We aim to despatch all goods immediately on receipt of payment, however we do ask that you please allow between 3 to 12 working days for delivery.

How do I make a purchase?
The easiest way to purchase is by PayPal which will accept all major credit cards

You can continue to shop for other items or you can proceed to the checkout.

I would like to know what my purchase will cost in another currency?
When your items have been added to your basket and you have proceeded to the checkout page, you will find that we have provided a convenient currency converter there for your use.
Simply enter the total cost of your purchase into the box, and you can calculate your purchase cost in most major currencies at current rates.

Can I pay by cheque?

Will you frame the autographed photos?
We prefer to ensure your autograph reaches you in prime condition and therefore opt out from framing wherever possible.
Orders can be collected from us framed but this tends to be a personal preference.
If you contact our customer services we would be only too happy to discuss your framing requirements with you.

Can I buy from the site as a gift for someone?

We try to ensure that a product despatched as a gift will arrive as special as the sender intended.
Please provide us with the delivery address, any message and leave the special touches to us, you will not be disappointed.
